Nice picture. I'm just aimlessly browsing the web and watching on NS to see if I need to defend any regions. It's the Marshal life. So are you an RPer then? What kinds of RP do you do?

I run a forum called Darkstorm alongside the founder, we run all sorts of written RP from Future Sci-fi to Fantasy and anything inbetween. We even run Nation games similar to this site though requires a lot more input from the players. Sadly we ran the site for 2years before punBB managed to wipe our entire board when they didn't back up properly, so we're now on pro-boards. The kind of RP's I personally do are Sci-fi, usually Warhammer 40K ones but I did run two of my own fiction Nation ones that were quite successful even if my third instalment dropped like a stone When not doing Sci-fi I tend to lean towards the drunken dwarf with Scottish accent ... is that racist? |

Haha. That's cool. I actually have Warhammer table top things although not the 40k kind. Me and my friends used to have epic battles on our floors. I used to do nation RP. I only ask what RP you do because we're looking to start some and could certainly use a more experienced person with ideas. We don't really care about the kind but just something that is accessible. Right now we're discussing Western style things and Space Western things.

Will gladly help out, I've spent 6months planning a RP before now, but am sure you'd prefer a shorter timescale. If running a Nation RP I have an excel file I produced that is really useful to collate information so you can not only keep track of everything but will automatically adjust the nations stats and display it in a copy and paste format.

Looks like we have a professional here I too have a little Nation RP experience and I've dipped my feet into a little fantasy RP, but that was over a year ago now. I'm looking forward to diving back into RP. |

I appreciate the compliment, but I'm more than an idea's man than actually running them. Have assisted many in being planned and built but only run 2 successful ones personally, both of them nations RP's. I started out doing purely Sci-fi RP's, but got coerced into others, Fantasy, Horror, Modern, etc. Found them just as good to RP as Sci-fi so I'm up for anything. However, if I ever go into a fantasy RP I WILL be the dwarf!!!! |

It appears it takes a superkey and I'm not sure where we stand on available superkeys. I think we might be filled up. I would however be interested in zombie RPing when the NS event hits though.
