Four Year Celebration!

Four years ago today, the nations of Benevolent Thomas, Deadeye Jack, Land Filled with People and Eist founded the region of Fort Triumph. To celebrate this occasion, the Event Planning Committee will be unveiling a myriad of unique activities and new features. As of this moment, you can now enjoy:

Bear Ninja Cowboy
This spin on the classic Rock Paper Scissors game allows you to challenge your friends in a duel of sorts. Bear mauls ninja, ninja knocks out cowboy and the cowboy shoots the bear. Not only can our members play the game, they can also wager their hard earned dollars on the outcome of the game! You can check out the game in the Profile Pages of our forum's members. As the week goes on, we will be adding more variations to this game. Feel free to share ideas with the EPC.

Events On Posts
For a limited time, when you post on this forum, there is a chance for an "event" to take place. These events could be as simple as a nice message or can be as unforgiving as losing a large sum of money. Forum staff will be adding to the list of posting events as the week goes on, so I'm not sure if I should even be wishing you luck!

Scavenger Hunt
You may have already noticed, but there have been tumbleweeds blowing through Fort Triumph. The weeds will be appearing randomly for a limited time throughout the forum and interested members should attempt to collect as many of them as possible. Can you collect the most?

What you can expect in the coming days:

Animal Keeper
We will be adding a number of new animals and items to collect for one of our oldest regional activities. Some will become mainstays, others will be of limited availability and come at a high cost. Who can build the ultimate collection?

More Games
Did you think that we were tapped out? Far from it! Keep your eyes peeled on this thread as we prepare more new games for you to play.

Contests
With how well our Paint competition went, we can't help but feel that y'all's talent hasn't been truly tapped. We will be asking you to design a new regional flag as well as helping us boost our recruitment attempts. The contests and their rewards will be announced later.

New Ways to Spend
During our celebrations, new limited time offers will be extended to our citizens that have extra dollars to burn through! Some of these include the much coveted opportunity to create your own custom masking and purchasing exclusive awards to display in your profile.

Karaoke
While not an officially sanctioned activity, you can expect Benevolent Thomas to spend much of the week in our regional discord server, singing his lungs out. He's been on a Bush kick as of late, so grunge fans rejoice!

It should come as no surprise that Sauron has won the Scavenger Hunt! I had held the lead for the majority of the week, but the Evil Lord surpassed me over the weekend. Thank you for patronizing our forum as often as you do, Sauron.

Nobody else came close to our numbers

We shall be closing this event with one last bang. As you all know, we have a few citizens that have become impossibly wealthy. In order to re-balance our regional economy, as my last act as Mayor, I will force the following purchases on several members of our community:

Custom Member Group - $500,000,000
Everyone likes their own custom masking! Sauron and Shizensky , please contact the admin team telling us what you'd like. You can customize the following:

• Group Name
• Group Color
• Type: Open/Petition/Closed
• Star color

Personal Smilies - $1,000,000,000
These are smilies that only you can use! Once Shizensky and Sauron have their custom maskings made, we'll give them the ability to upload smilies to our website that are unique to them and/or their groups.

Icons Next to Username - $500,000,000
Keeping up with the theme, there is yet another way one can customize their regional masking. Give us an image and we'll make it so that it appears next to your name. No one will look quite like you!

Future Considerations - $1,000,000,000
I've been planning so large that it can't be considered an event. More like a seismic shift in Fort Triumph. Anyways, both Shizensky and Sauron will be thrust front and center in this project. They will be involved in each step of development and its my hope that their touches will make for a unique experience.

Theme
We will soon be enabling Sauron to design his very own theme for our forum! After four years, some of us may want to look at a new background and browse our website in a new way. We are now at Sauron's mercy, should he choose to design one, of course

The Saloon
The category on our forum will be renamed in Sauron's honor! We are not quite sure what name to go with, so please send us your suggestion (everyone).

User Posting Level
I keep passing the highest posting level shortly after creating them. Sauron will start a trend of naming posting levels after monumental members of our community.

Its the highest award one can be given... by Sauron. Its his award, his rules.

Sauron Event

Its just another peaceful day in Fort Triumph. Thomas, sweeping the entrance of The Globalist, waves to Dead West who is on their way to work. Dead West then swerves round a visibly drunk Shizensky as he, with the help of Deadeye Jack, stumbles outside of Straight-Shooters Saloon. Just then, the sound of thunder echos in the distance. The Marshals rush to raise the alarm as any amount of rain poses a great risk to the town. As the thunder rumbles closer and closer to the town, everyone is off the streets and accounted for, with one noticeable exception. No one has seen a trace of Sauron. The Dead West volunteers to search for the town's wealthiest benefactor, while Thomas and Jack gather the town's resources. Shizensky attempt to calm the public, but his inebriated state is doing little to soothe the worries of some.

Just as soon as it started, the thundering stopped. The Dead West looks up to the sky and realizes that there were no clouds. He reaches the outskirts of town and notices a standing army of thousands of monstrous beasts in the distance. As he passes the outer walls of the fort, the town falls under a sinister red glow. Mystified by the sight, Thomas and Jack head to the walls. Shizensky is overrun and the townspeople fill the streets. "I see you" a voice hisses from above. One can feel the heat rising in the desert. A horn sounds, the legions of darkness charge toward the Fort. The Dead West points his pistol towards the sky and fires. The sound echos off the hills and the rushing army halts. It was at this time Thomas and Jack reach The Dead West's position. A few of the creatures take a step backward, but are met with another sounding of the horn. The Forces of Mordor descend upon the town.

The battle of Fort Triumph begins!
