That means you can pick who's ever username you want to try to type with your elbow.
Note that it doesn't matter if a username is used more than once.
Rules:
Very simple
1.) Choose any username you want to type. (Must type first before attempting to type with elbow)
2.) Type the username using only your elbow. NO CHEATING PLEASE! Try not to use the backspace. It's recommended not to use.
3.) Have fun!! Haha
