[6:27:17 PM] Benevolent Thomas: I think I should interview you for our first regional update.
[6:28:42 PM] Deadeye Jack: ok
[6:28:51 PM] Deadeye Jack: when will that be happening
[6:29:58 PM] Deadeye Jack: also did you get a chance to look at the building size picture I put up in relation to the map
[6:30:17 PM] Deadeye Jack: I think I might have to cut out the extra track and just make something more like what I did in paint
[6:31:30 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Its happening right now!
[6:31:44 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Welcome to Benevolent Interview!
[6:32:00 PM | Removed 6:32:31 PM] Deadeye Jack: This message has been removed.
[6:32:16 PM] Benevolent Thomas: I am your benevolent host, Thomas, and my guest tonight is none other than Deadeye Jack
[6:32:39 PM] Benevolent Thomas: First Question: Where did I steal you from?
[6:33:49 PM] Deadeye Jack: You already know
[6:34:43 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Very mysterious, just like your sudden appearence and dominance into gameplay.
[6:35:09 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Question 2: Rach, Ananke, Zoriet. You gotta coup one, marry one, kill one. GO!
[6:36:46 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Opps, Xoriet lol
[6:36:56 PM] Benevolent Thomas: oops* god dammit
[6:37:21 PM] Benevolent Thomas: This is a real live interview folks!
[6:38:47 PM] Benevolent Thomas: You are taking quite an awful bit of time answering this question
[6:39:49 PM | Edited 7:03:36 PM] Deadeye Jack: Ummmm. Well I guess Xoriet would be the one I'd marry if she'd have me. She's worked with the FTMS through the EPSA and sounds pretty cool from what you tell me. As far as I know Ananke isn't the delegate anywhere so I guess I'd have to kill her? ...I'm...I'm Sorry. Thomas is forcing me to make these decisions. That leaves Rach to be coup'd? Should be fun
[6:40:17 PM] Benevolent Thomas: You sick bastard.
[6:40:40 PM] Deadeye Jack: I'm sorry
[6:40:59 PM] Deadeye Jack: This is what happens when you ask someone with no knowledge of gameplay historythese sorts of questions
[6:41:47 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Question 3: What is your opinion on the progress of Fort Triumph so far?
[6:44:57 PM] Deadeye Jack: Well I think it's making its way. It's still relatively new. Only been open for about 40 days or so at this point. I have to say I'm pleased with the direction it's heading. Building a region is hard work and I think we have a good group of players at the foundation of the region and we've added some other people to the mix through recruiting and hope to continue to do that. For instance there is this dude Warrender who is a wealth of RPing knowledge who is helping us get started on a Space Western RP
[6:45:14 PM] Deadeye Jack: And of course there is the Fort Triumph Marshal Service
[6:45:41 PM] Deadeye Jack: Which has become one of the most active defender organizations in the game.
[6:46:25 PM] Benevolent Thomas: About that, why do you think the invaders praise us so much? Do they genuinely love us or is there another motive?
[6:47:51 PM] Deadeye Jack: I don't think the invaders love us. I'm sure there are times they're unhappy when they lose to us. But I do think they like the challenge we provide them during updates and obviously it makes things more interesting for them.
[6:48:07 PM] Deadeye Jack: Really I think it's just a show of respect
[6:48:38 PM] Deadeye Jack: And they probably like that we don't politicize defending
[6:48:59 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Question I lost count: Are you currently seeing anyone?
[6:49:50 PM] Deadeye Jack: I don't think the gals at the town brothel count
[6:50:19 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Hear that ladies? He's single. But is he ready to mingle?
[6:51:11 PM] Deadeye Jack: Sure, but I don't want you to get jealous
[6:52:07 PM] Benevolent Thomas: I'm quite popular these days, so there is no need to get worried.
[6:52:31 PM] Benevolent Thomas: What is the biggest problem currently plaguing defenders? And how do you correctly spell that word?
[6:52:58 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Oh snap! I got it right.
[6:53:05 PM] Deadeye Jack: That you did
[6:56:23 PM] Deadeye Jack: Anyway, it's hard for me to answer what is plaguing defenders as a whole because I have limited experience and have only been defending for a couple months. I think updating #'s are definitely a problem. There are some other defenders we work with all the time from different orgs but we have to cobble together numbers a lot of times and it can be a chore to find them. On the plus side of that, we get to be in contact with a lot of different orgs and hopefully that will build more cooperation
[6:57:00 PM] Benevolent Thomas: If you could coup any GCR, which would it be and why?
[6:57:32 PM] Deadeye Jack: In this fictional scenario am I guaranteed success?
[6:57:43 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Of course.
[6:58:54 PM] Deadeye Jack: So first off, I have no desire to get involved in GCR politics. They are a mess and never make any sense. But if I had to choose it would be the Pacific. I would go down in history as the guy that cracked the NPO. That would be a huge achievement.
[6:59:34 PM] Benevolent Thomas: which NS'er do you believe to be most full of shit? No elaboration is necessary.
[7:00:04 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Also, brb, I've got to run to the convinience store real quick.
[7:00:51 PM] Deadeye Jack: Well I don't know many. I guess I'll go with Nephmir but that is low hanging fruit
[7:12:11 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Benevolent Thomas returns with lotto tickets and candy
[7:12:21 PM] Benevolent Thomas: What would you do if you hit the lotto?
[7:12:50 PM] Deadeye Jack: Well I'd buy a house and then invite you to stay there. Isn't that part of our pact?
[7:16:14 PM] Benevolent Thomas: I think our pact was to live together and film a reality show.
[7:16:45 PM] Deadeye Jack: Well there you go
[7:17:12 PM] Deadeye Jack: Of course we wouldn't need the reality tv money
[7:17:45 PM] Benevolent Thomas: We could use that money to help out our fellow NS players.
[7:18:40 PM] Benevolent Thomas: And force them to live with us while they get back on their feet, but enough about my dreams (Call me SBS). What is one thing that you know about me that you would like others to know?
[7:18:45 PM] Deadeye Jack: Well aren't you the benevolent one
[7:19:21 PM] Deadeye Jack: Hmmm. How bad do I want to embarrass you
[7:19:40 PM] Benevolent Thomas: The answer to this question may or may not have an impact on all future questions.
[7:21:18 PM | Edited 7:21:41 PM] Deadeye Jack: Well I've gotten to know you fairly well, over my time on NS and I'd say that something everyone needs to know about you is you are the best rapper in gameplay on NS.
[7:22:22 PM] Benevolent Thomas: I was actually thinking of writing a wrap about NS to the beat and general attitude of "Yonkers".
[7:22:41 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Favorite anime character featured on a TBR switcher?
[7:23:07 PM] Deadeye Jack: Whichever is on Vandoosa's switchers
[7:23:44 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Despite popular belief, I think Vandoosa is a man. Do you agree?
[7:24:10 PM] Benevolent Thomas: j/k
[7:24:13 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Next question
[7:24:21 PM] Deadeye Jack: lol ok
[7:24:49 PM] Benevolent Thomas: What is on your update playlist?
[7:27:15 PM] Deadeye Jack: I actually don't listen to anything during update. I guess the background noise from my TV. Besides I don't want to slow my connection. I listen to music pre and post update, and it's usually whatever I feel like listening to that stretch of time. I can't give you much specifics usually just put on pandora alternative or indie.
[7:27:58 PM] Benevolent Thomas: I don't know how you do it. Update for me doubles as a private karoeke session.
[7:28:18 PM] Deadeye Jack: Well I do all my singing in my car
[7:29:14 PM] Deadeye Jack: Wouldn't want to wake anyone where I live during update
[7:29:16 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Anything you would like to say before we wrap this up?
[7:32:54 PM] Deadeye Jack: I guess I"d just like to say, the last couple months have been very fun. This new project has reinvigorated my interest in NS and has opened my eyes to new ways to play. And I"m looking forward to the next steps in Fort Triumph's evolution. So thanks for that
[7:33:33 PM | Edited 7:33:49 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Are there any questions that you would like to be asked (like in a Hannity fashion)?
[7:34:07 PM] Deadeye Jack: I'm not real sure what that means. But nope. I've already bored everyone enough
[7:35:49 PM] Benevolent Thomas: Alright then. That closes this Benevolent interview. I would like to thank our guest Jack for being available.
[7:36:43 PM] Deadeye Jack: Thanks for having me.
[7:37:47 PM] Benevolent Thomas: I am Benevolent Thomas, thank you to all who have read this far. Also, Benevolent interviews do not have to be unique to Fort Triumph. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to have me give someone a borderline rediculous interview for your shitty excuse of a regional newspaper.
[7:38:31 PM] Deadeye Jack: oh god when will this be posted
