Soldiers can. Scientists can cure infected and those they do are granted an immunity but I'm unsure how long that immunity lasts

If a Zombie bites them. We don't have any zombies right now but the dead have a chance to respawn as zombies I think. We'll have to play again since this one is seemingly going so fast
